The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role sitting across digital marketing and customer service. You'll be the person who keeps our email programme running, our social channels active and our customers well looked after — all with a consistent, on-brand voice.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Day-to-day management of our Klaviyo email platform
  • Building and scheduling campaigns and automated flows
  • Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements
  • Maintaining list health and segmentation

Social Media

  • Creating, managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X
  • Engaging with followers and growing our community
  • Keeping an eye on trends relevant to our customer and brand

Content Creation

  • Content creation
  • Assisting with copywriting for emails, social and website
  • Supporting shoots and asset management
  • Helping to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Customer Service

  • Handling customer enquiries via email and phone in a warm, professional manner
  • Managing returns, order queries and escalations
  • Feeding customer insights back to the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar digital or marketing coordinator role
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels and switching tasks
  • Strong written communication — you care about tone and detail
  • Graphic design skills, using Canva, Photoshop / Adobe or similar
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
  • An interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Self-starter who's happy working in a small team environment
