About the Role
Lead the content engine across all three brands — building a consistent, high-quality output across social media, YouTube, blog and brand storytelling. This role will own the editorial calendar, manage the Creative Designer, and ensure content drives engagement, traffic and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the content strategy across all brands and channels.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling, channel-appropriate content.
- Brief and manage the Creative Designer on asset production.
- Social Media Management
- Own day-to-day social media management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for each brand.
- Grow community engagement, followings and brand presence.
- Monitor trends and respond to social conversations in real time.
- YouTube & Video
- Lead the development of a YouTube strategy for each brand.
- Plan, produce and publish video content, briefing internal and external creators.
- Optimise video content for discoverability (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters).
- Track YouTube analytics and iterate based on performance.
- Brand Storytelling & Campaigns
- Lead campaign content ideation and execution across digital channels.
- Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all content output.
- Create compelling copy for campaigns, email, web and social.
- Collaborate with PR & Comms Lead on integrated storytelling.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years in a social media or content marketing role, ideally across multiple brands.
- Strong copywriting ability with a confident, adaptable tone of voice.
- YouTube content experience, strategy, production briefing and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience managing social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Experience briefing creative teams and working with designers and videographers.
- Strong understanding of content performance analytics.
- Highly organised with experience managing editorial calendars.
