Job Purpose
To proactively support the Managing Director and wider Client Services Team, in providing an excellent service to our Clients and Affiliates. Proactively seek new and manage existing campaigns, clients and affiliates to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the business plan and KPIs outlined by the Managing Director, providing regular feedback on performance.
- Identify partners to proactively approach to increase the variety and value of campaigns, clients and affiliates.
- Proactively manage relationships through effective and regular communication with all partners via all methods of communication; phone, email, skype, LinkedIn.
- Understand the needs of clients & affiliates and bring them together to achieve the KPIs set in the business plan.
- Seek feedback from the Managing Director and wider team, on the performance of existing campaigns and agree changes with partners to improve performance.
- Ensure competitive commercials are negotiated with all partners in line with the agreed targets, while considering business KPIs.
- Ensure Clients and Affiliates adhere to our terms and conditions.
- Suggest optimisation opportunities to clients and team members and execute accordingly.
- Represent the Group at conferences and attend Client and Affiliate meetings if required.
- Ensure necessary compliance docs have been completed by all parties (affiliate, clients and agency partners).
- Maintain the accurate upkeep of all Clients and campaigns.
- Ensure the accurate tracking of all campaigns, placing and testing affiliate tracking pixels are working correctly as per integration within the tracking platform.
- Ensure the timely and accurate update of network alerts.
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Respond to queries in an effectively and timely manner, liaising with relevant team members to complete such tasks.
- Weekly reporting to clients, including sales data and competitor analysis.
- Support Reporting Officer with sales figures and billable statistics for finance related matters – i.e invoicing.
- Ensure performance is in line with KPI’s.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
