Fulcrum Recruitment is working with an established civil engineering contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of residential infrastructure and groundworks schemes across the North East. This is a permanent opportunity with a stable and growing contractor delivering roads, sewers, drainage, kerbing, plot works and associated housing infrastructure projects.
The role would suit a hands-on Site Engineer who is confident taking ownership on site, rather than simply assisting. You will be responsible for setting out, technical delivery, quality checks, site records and supporting the wider site team to ensure works are delivered safely, accurately and in line with programme.
As Site Engineer, you will support the delivery of live residential infrastructure and civil engineering schemes across the region. You will work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, operatives and the wider delivery team, helping to ensure works are set out correctly, technical issues are resolved quickly and site records are maintained properly. This role would suit someone who enjoys being on site, taking responsibility for their own workload and playing an important part.
