- Support temporary works coordination, construction phase planning, H&S file information and handover documentation.
- Build, manage and update weekly programmes while supporting wider planning, procurement schedules and monthly programme updates.
- Monitor progress, identify constraints, raise technical queries and help resolve issues before they impact programme or cost.
- Maintain QA records, as-builts, site documentation and document management systems to ensure audit-ready records.
- Support NEC / JCT contract processes, including early warnings, change control, measurements, variations and commercial reporting.
- Chair or contribute to internal and client progress meetings, producing clear daily, weekly and monthly updates.
- Mentor engineers and site staff while setting strong standards for workmanship, communication and record keeping.
Candidate Requirements

- Strong engineering background with a good understanding of technical delivery, site records, QA, programme management and subcontractor coordination.
- SMSTS and CSCS Gold, or above, are required.
- HNC, HND, degree or equivalent civil engineering qualification would be beneficial.
- Exposure to bridge structures, scaffolding or structural works would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts, planning software basics and modern document control systems would be useful.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region when required.
