Fulcrum Recruitment is working with a large, well-established civil engineering main contractor that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of civil engineering schemes across the North East. This is a permanent opportunity with a respected contractor delivering a varied portfolio of civil engineering projects, including highways, road adaptations, reinforced concrete structures, major drainage schemes, public realm works and wider infrastructure projects.
The company operates across the North East, with schemes typically running between Berwick and Northallerton, and a strong concentration of work across Tyne's location.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the financial and commercial management of civil engineering projects, ensuring strong cost control, accurate reporting, robust contract administration and successful project outcomes. You will be involved in measurement, valuations, payment applications, final accounts, subcontract procurement, and more.
