The predicted salary is between 27000 - 38000 £ per year.
Maintenance & Install Mechanical Fitters & Pipe Fitters covering various types of work depending on skill set such as:
- Work on maintenance or installing mechanical systems on machinery and erecting fitting steel work platforms on food factory site.
- Using IPAF Scissor Lift to work at heights.
- Connecting pipework to panels, valves, manifolds working from general and PID engineering drawings fitting screwed, maypress and small bore compression pipework.
- Completing checks on mechanical systems and pipework tests.
- Working from IPAF Scissor Lift/Cherry Picker.
Travel & Lodging: Further work could be available if prepared to travel and ideally prepared to lodge away with hotel and meal paid for by the company, if required for 3 to 5 nights per week if sites are not in local areas. Workers location = ideally living 10 - 30 miles of main site location. However, may also consider workers who have to travel further or lodge. Lodge = might be able to cover hotel and meals paid if living 60+ miles from site.
Hours of Work: Hours of work = 0700 to 1700 pos to 1900 Mon to Fri & Sat 0700 - 1530 & Sun if required.
Contract Length: Term work = 8 - 13 weeks plus other phase of work to be confirmed could be a lot longer subject to attendance, performance & workload.
Pay: Skilled £27 + Mon to Fri & £33 + per hr Sat & £38 per hr Sun. Semi-skilled £17 to £20 hr depending on role & qualifications and skills.
