Recruiting personnel at all levels in the Dungannon & Belfast areas for roles in pipe & mechanical fitting, welding, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate sheet metal, plates, pipework; fabricate tanks, vessels, conveyors.
  • Apply welding techniques using TIG predominantly, and MIG on supports and frames.
  • Produce high‑spec finish to engineering drawings for angle, box, and tube assemblies.
  • Install mechanical and piping systems at sites; assist with factories and process plants.
  • Work mainly in the Fab Shop and at installation sites; travel to site and lodge for 4+ nights when required; travel, hotel and meals paid by the company.
  • Assist on installation work when fab shop workload is high.
  • Semi‑skilled applicants may apply if they can cover most of the work depending on the skill set.

Qualifications

  • NVQ/C&G in Welding Fabrication, Sheet Metalwork or Mechanical Fitting.
  • Safety CSCS Card or IOSH Safety Certificate.
  • IPAF‑MEWP Card.
  • Capability to work shift times 0700‑1630 or 0700‑1730/1900; weekend work possible.

Working Hours

0700–1630 daily, often 0700–1730 or 1900; weekends may be required.

Term

4–8 week contract, with options for a long‑term 13‑week assignment.

Pay Rates

Skilled: £24.00–£27.00 per hour Monday to Friday + Saturday/Sunday rates. Semi‑skilled/Mate: £16.50–£19.00 per hour.
