The Sales Manager position requires a candidate who is driven, personable, organized, and quick to learn particularly in the payments sector. This opportunity will provide the candidate with a strong path to progression - initially learning the basics and supporting to then progressing to autonomous business development and revenue generation on a commission structure.

Generating new sales & closing the paperwork is the primary role. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
  • Monitoring customer accounts.
  • Keeping track of sales targets.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Setting up sales & driving calls for identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact with targeted prospects.
  • Presenting solutions to prospects.
  • Lead generation, prospecting and other sales methods designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally developing strong, long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, negotiation and deal signing.
  • Providing support to customers during initial phases of an engagement.
  • Following up and ensuring total client satisfaction through the sales life cycle.
  • Supporting the team's market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing and the rest of the business development staff.
  • Adhering to all Fulcrum Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies and guidelines.
