The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Insurance BA to drive change across our London Market clients. You’ll bridge business and technology — turning complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables across P&C, Claims, Billing, and Policy Administration, with hands‑on Duck Creek experience essential.
What You’ll Do
- Elicit and document requirements (BRDs, user stories, functional specs) across underwriting, claims, billing, and compliance.
- Facilitate workshops and work with SMEs to map processes (Levels 1–4) and define acceptance criteria.
- Guide development and QA teams through user stories; participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Support business cases, UAT, and project governance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FCA, Lloyd’s, UK GDPR, Solvency II, and Consumer Duty.
What We Need
- London Market BA experience — P&C, Claims, Billing, and PAS.
- Duck Creek Technologies (Policy, Billing, and/or Claims) — essential.
- Strong PAS knowledge: ECF2, Guidewire, Sequel Claims, Genius, or equivalent.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery; user story writing; process mapping; RTM; ERDs.
- Confident stakeholder management up to board level.
- Familiarity with FCA, Lloyd’s, UK GDPR, Solvency II, Consumer Duty.
- Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
- BCS, IIBA CBAP/CCBA, or LM1/LM2/LM3 qualifications.
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s structures: syndicates, managing agents, coverholders.
