  • UK Timing: Shift 1: 01:00 - 10:00 GMT (On call or as per business requirements)
  • Shift 2: 08:30 - 17:30 GMT
  • Shift 3: 16:30 - 01:30 GMT

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of systems and applications.
  • Automate operational tasks to achieve high levels of system reliability.

Secondary Skill Set:

  • Splunk Monitoring Setup / Dashboard setup
  • Dynatrace OneAgent Monitoring Setup / Dashboard Setup
  • Synthetic Monitoring setup (Dynatrace SaaS / Blazemeter / Grafana) or similar tools
