We’re hiring a Lead Estimator at Fulcrum Construction. We’re a Bournemouth-based contractor (SafeContractor approved, Constructionline Gold) working across commercial refurbishment, dilapidations, maintenance and reinstatement on the South Coast. The last few months have been relentless - tender after tender landing from surveyors and agents across the region - and we need someone sharp to help us keep pace.
This isn’t about slotting into an existing system. You’d be coming in at a point where the estimating function is growing, with a real hand in shaping how it works.
What we’re after: someone who knows their way around a bill of quantities, isn’t fazed by a tight deadline, and wants more than just a job - wants in on building something.
