The successful candidate will support Fulcrum’s Investor Relations and Business Development teams to provide a high-quality service and communication between the firm and its clients and prospects. The Global Client Group collaborates closely with other internal teams within the business to source and provide information in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with ongoing updates of firmwide data and fund collateral to specific deadlines
- Liaising between the GCG team and other teams within the business, such as operations, compliance, risk and investment
- Coordinating completion of investor and prospect firmwide & product specific questionnaires
- Responsibility for organisation and hygiene of RFP database
- Supporting the team in responding to internal and external data requests from clients, prospects, data providers and auditors
- Ongoing maintenance of the firm’s CRM system to ensure records are clean and accurate
- Supporting the Business Development team with meeting preparation, logging client meeting notes and any relevant follow up required
- Assisting the team with intra-month, month-end and quarterly generic and bespoke reporting
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across reporting platforms and databases
- Ability to identify and improve workflows and inefficiencies
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Key qualities of our ideal candidate
- 1-2 years’ experience in financial services
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- A self-starter who can show initiative and be confident in asking questions and seeking solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint – experience with CRM and other reporting systems a plus
