SCOPE OF THE ROLE
This contract role is aimed towards individuals that have a high level of experience in the production and delivery of quality 3D models for the Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing [MEP] of the Construction Industry, with extensive knowledge of the interaction with Architecture, Engineering & Construction [AEC]. This position will give an individual the chance to work on some of the top construction projects in the UK and worldwide, develop their future through Continuous Personal Development, and work with a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team. The individual will also be exposed to all areas of the business, to produce an employee that is truly multi-disciplined.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- Produce high quality, multidisciplined, coordinated 3D models.
- Produce high quality 2D sheet Production Outputs.
- Interact within or lead Coordination meetings internally and externally.
- Required to attend client co-ordination and other review meetings.
- Assist & lead other members of the team in project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
We have essential requirements that the applicant needs to have and some desirable requirements:
Essential
- Previous experience in the Construction Industry.
- Experience in the use of EDMS systems.
- High levels of experience with the use of software used by the business: Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, & AutoCAD.
- Ability to conduct clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks.
- A high level of knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services.
- Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages.
Desirable
- Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry.
- GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Math’s and English.
- Knowledge of how to Implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs.
- Skilled use of Solibri or Revizto.
- Past knowledge of CADDuct System.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK - proof of eligibility will be required.
