This is a high-impact senior leadership role responsible for driving regional expansion, commercial performance, and operational excellence across a significant portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing regional growth strategies, scaling high-quality care services, and delivering meaningful outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the commercial strategy and growth initiatives across your region, with full P&L accountability.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, people, brand, and commercial) to drive integrated performance.
- Monitor and optimise KPIs, financial metrics, and client outcomes, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a senior ambassador for the organisation, building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and local communities.

Experience & Skills:
- Proven senior leadership experience within home care, healthcare, or a related multi-site/service-led environment.
- Strong commercial track record with demonstrable success in delivering revenue growth and operational performance at scale.
- Advanced strategic, financial, and operational acumen, with experience managing P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership capability, with a track record of building and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading through change, transformation, and growth within complex environments.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into impactful action.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly as part of a regional leadership role.
