In this role, you will advise CEOs, founders, and executive stakeholders on practical business strategy, transformation priorities, and leadership decisions connected to AI adoption. This is an advisory and consulting role, not a statutory CEO or board appointment.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
- Advise CEOs, founders, and executive stakeholders on AI-related business strategy and transformation priorities
- Assess business challenges, operating models, and growth opportunities where AI-informed approaches may add value
- Facilitate strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to clarify priorities, risks, and implementation considerations
- Develop practical recommendations, roadmaps, and action plans aligned to business goals
- Support leadership teams in evaluating opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, and innovation
- Translate emerging AI concepts into commercially relevant business language for non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain clear records of recommendations, actions, and stakeholder follow-up

- Interest in innovation, digital change, and AI-enabled business improvement
- Professional proficiency in English
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the UK
Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable
Relevant backgrounds may include: senior leadership; business consulting; transformation consulting; strategy and operations; commercial leadership; organisational development; digital transformation; executive advisory work. Experience working with founders, SMEs, leadership teams, or growth-focused organisations would be especially valuable. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
