Fulbridge Social Care requires staff teams for various shift patterns within elderly care homes and disability support settings.
We are recruiting both trainee and qualified candidates, offering full support and training, including the Care Certificate, First Aid, Medication Administration, and opportunities to gain qualifications in this field.
Please note that you would be required to complete an enhanced DBS check with Fulbridge Social Care and successfully pass one of our induction assessments before any placements are offered.
We seek individuals who have confidence, patience, and the skills to work successfully with our service users and make a positive impact on their lives. In this role, you will support service users throughout the day with tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, cleaning, and shopping.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Build strong professional relationships with service users and staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with all communication and information systems.
- Participate actively in meetings.
- Protect service users from abuse from staff, visitors, or other service users.
- Write accurate reports and maintain records for monitoring purposes.
- Attend work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern.
- Keep informed of all procedures and policy updates.
- Take responsible care for health and safety of yourself and others.
- Perform any other relevant duties as required.
