Role

The recruiter will drive a continuous hiring flywheel, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while rebuilding the funnel for new roles. Operate with urgency and adaptability in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for engineering, operations, and finance roles.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate funnel for new roles.
