Location: Telford
We are looking for an Infrastructure Monitoring Technical Operator (shifts) to proactively monitor an IT LIVE service Infrastructure, working as part of a team ensuring the client services remain 24/7 operational and any incidents are managed accordingly in line with processes. Full training will be provided enabling you to develop a broad range of digital technologies and shape a career with a global business.
The team is made up of four shifts of three people who work a shift pattern on a rota of days and nights. You will engage and develop working relationships and feel part of the whole team. You will also feel part of the bigger picture by talking to a variety of support teams who will work with you to ensure services are maintained and new services are introduced in a controlled manner. You will be empowered to identify better ways of doing things and share your ideas.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Passionate in delivering excellent customer service by always going the extra mile.
- Experience of working under limited supervision.
- Proactive in your approach to work and not distracted.
- Demonstrates an everyday positive can-do attitude.
