Job Description Technical Services Trainee (2yr FTC) – Belfast – Start date: September 2026.
As a Trainee at Fujitsu you will be allocated to an Early Career role stream and receive training in platform support and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities Receive networking infrastructure training through our specialist training provider.
Gain Level 3 Networking Infrastructure certification.
Attend Belfast Met one day a week while earning.
Support large‑scale infrastructure platforms including OS management, cloud management, enterprise backup management and storage management.
Participate in incident management and planned change processes.
Work across multiple customer accounts in the private and public sector.
Carry out routine support tasks, administrative functions, problem investigations and resolutions.
Provide advice and guidance to customers.
Support Microsoft Operating Systems.
Develop an understanding of customer environments and service delivery requirements.
Listen to and understand basic customer problems.
Understand escalation processes and elevate issues as necessary to meet service level agreements.
Work as a team player.
Qualifications and Experience 1 A‑Level (grade A‑C) or Level 3 BTEC Qualification (MMM or above). 5 GCSEs (grade A‑C including English and Maths) or equivalent.
