We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Test Specialist to join our dynamic Test Practice. You may lead a team of Testers and will work closely with all project stakeholders. You will work alongside dedicated professionals to find better, faster, and more effective ways of testing, adding value to the projects. You will lead by example, develop your team and emerging talent to strengthen our Test Practice, and build our reputation as a centre of excellence. This is a fast-paced environment offering growth opportunities and skill development.
Your Experience
- Understanding the Software Development and Testing Lifecycles
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile, V-Model, & Waterfall
- Experience testing both Infrastructure and Applications
- Proficiency in identifying test data, creating test cases based on requirements, and executing manual and automated tests
- Experience in defect logging, investigation, and support
- Ability to collect and analyze test metrics
- Organizational skills to manage test materials, environments, tools, and resources, and coordinate testing activities
- Creating high-quality test plans for small to medium projects, addressing requirements and risks
- Accountability for test team deliverables within schedule
- Understanding testing scope with stakeholders
- Experience in writing Test scripts, Test Reports, and managing Defects using tools like SOAP UI, XML, Jenkins, JIRA
