We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly experienced Lead Product Designer in our Global Technology Practice to join our team. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned design leader who thrives on translating complex user needs and business goals into elegant, intuitive, and impactful product experiences. You will be instrumental in defining the product vision, elevating our design practices, and mentoring a team of designers. Your role will involve:
- Strategic Design Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Evangelize design thinking throughout the organization.
- User-Centred Design Excellence: Champion a deep understanding of user needs through research, usability testing, and data analysis. Translate insights into compelling design solutions.
- Hands-on Design & Prototyping: Lead by example with hands-on design work, creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for complex features and products.
- Design System & Best Practices: Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products. Establish and advocate for best practices in UX/UI design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions. Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure product messaging aligns with user experience.
- Impact Measurement: Define and track key design metrics to measure the success and impact of design solutions on user engagement and business outcomes.
Your transferable skills and experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field within a fast-paced product-driven environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully shipping multiple complex digital products that have achieved significant user and business impact. Please highlight your specific contributions and the outcomes.
- Expert-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor other designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences and advocate for user needs.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
