This is a handsāon role for a Security Application Architect to assist with delivery of a Gateway solution, reporting into the Lead Solution Architect (Solution Owner), the Engineering Lead, working alongside the Engineering Team and 3rd Line.
Responsibilities:- Identify and implement required change to support the Gateway and maintain availability.
- Provide designs for change as requested by the customer alongside the Program Manager.
- Work directly with the Solution Owner and Engineering Lead in support of daily tasks.
- Provide support to SOC and 3rd line teams to troubleāshoot issues as they arise.
- Will be a Selfāstarter able to work on their own and alongside other members of the team.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Must be able to travel within the South / Southwest area weekly and with limited notice.
- Infrastructure: VMware, RHEL, Windows.
- Linux: Shell Script, REGEX, Firewall.
- Microsoft: Active Directory, DNS, RDS.
- Infrastructure: vSphere, Trellix, SIEM.
- Applications: LDAP, Email, Chat.
- Gateways: Appliances and their software.
- Knowledge of Email, Chat and File standards.
- Knowledge of File Type digital formats.
- Knowledge of XML and JSON schema.
- Knowledge of LDIF, Web and Chat protocols.
- Knowledge of server/client TLS certificates.
