This is a hands-on role for a Junior Infrastructure Architect to assist with delivery of the current solution, reporting into the Lead Solution Architect (Solution Owner), the Engineering Lead, working alongside the Engineering Team of SMEs and 3rd Line.
The individual will carry out the following activities:
- Identify and implement required change to support the Gateway and maintain availability
- Provide designs for change as requested by the customer alongside the Program Manager
- Work directly with the Solution Owner and Engineering Lead in support of daily tasks
- Provide support to SOC and 3rd line teams to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualifications & Experience
- Self-starter able to work on their own and alongside other members of the team
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Must be able to travel within the South / Southwest area weekly and with limited notice
- Ideally an experienced grade with a design and development background, with knowledge of and experience in configuring and supporting Gateways.
