- Network Architects: Core skills: WAN design, delivery implementation and migrations
- 3rd Line Network Support Engineers: Core skills: firewall management, VPN configuration, virtualisation and automation
- 2nd Line Network Support Engineers: Core skills: Problem solving, team working, following established processes
- Network Specialists: Core skills: Juniper SRX, CISCO, troubleshooting and support experience
- Network Engineers: Core skills: CISCO and Juniper network, installation and configuration, DNS management, encryption appliance configuration, document authoring
