The role:

We are looking for a Delivery Executive who will lead the end-to-end management of one or more customer accounts, with full accountability for service delivery, customer outcomes, contract performance and account growth. Reporting into the Head of Delivery (Northern Ireland), this role is responsible for the operational and commercial success of assigned contracts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery while identifying and securing opportunities for sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing operational challenges, regulatory context, and stakeholder complexity unique to Public Sector customers across Northern Ireland. You will have led or contributed to large-scale IT transformation programmes and demonstrated where you have owned and delivered innovation and growth within existing contracts. You will be able to demonstrate you have managed high-performing teams and managed senior and complex relationships within the client base.

You will work closely with your assigned customer(s), understanding their goals and challenges, and delivering tailored solutions through a consultative approach. You will collaborate across matrixed teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, help lead innovation and transformation, champion strategic partnerships, and advocate for mission-critical delivery.

As part of the Northern Ireland Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for leading matrixed, multidisciplinary teams to deliver services to ensure stable, compliant and high-quality delivery of critical public services.

Experience And Accountability

  • Program Transformation: Proactive planning and execution of transition, transformation and modernization programmes within large, complex contracts. Ensuring that the program is executed against agreed outcomes, budget and timescales with clear measurable improvements to the business aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Owns senior customer relationships at account level, building trusted, outcome-focused partnerships. Maintains customer confidence through consistent delivery performance, proactive engagement and transparent communication. Acts as the primary escalation point for the account.
  • Service Delivery & Operational Performance: Accountable for the day-to-day performance of services, ensuring delivery meets contractual obligations, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Drives service stability, continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the account(s).
  • Supplier and Partner Relationships: Builds strong and trusted relationships with suppliers and partners. Managing relationships and ensuring consistent performance, commercial compliance and proactive resolution of any potential issues, maintaining the Fujitsu brand.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures robust governance and quality frameworks are applied to maintain compliance, service performance and contractual integrity. Drives performance through clear KPIs and service metrics.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks and escalations across contracts and working across peers, with clear plans to mitigate and ensure no impact to service, contract commitments, milestones or cost. Clearly communicating risk, impact and mitigations for the contract with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial knowledge, able to understand and manage multiple contract obligations and improvements. Creates and owns clear account plans to deliver measurable improvements to support exceptional delivery of service. Inputs into delivery models, optimization of resourcing, and delivery governance to secure future opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement and Account Development: Identifies, owns and leads transformation opportunities across contract(s) to reduce cost, improve service, and deliver workforce efficiencies. Uses knowledge of Fujitsu offerings, the account strategy and deep understanding of customer challenges to work in collaboration with the client, business development and solution teams within their contract(s) to identify sustainable small growth opportunities.
  • Social Value and Public Service Partner: Proactively supports the delivery of social value commitments linked to local community needs and public sector priorities. Actively and professionally represents Fujitsu at customer and industry events, Northern Ireland forums, stakeholder events. Promotes an organisational culture aligned with public service ethics and regional priorities.
  • Leading Teams: Leads and develops high-performing delivery teams, driving accountability, engagement and capability aligned to the needs of the account(s).
