We are looking for a Data Centre operative to join our Data Centre Support team based in Belfast. Your primary role will involve providing Data Centre support for a range of internal, private, and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational. The role will include:

  • Change management
  • Planning of hardware installations and decommissions
  • Infrastructure monitoring
  • Upkeep of various databases and toolsets
  • Ensuring that incidents are managed promptly within a defined process

You will also work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu Business units to pro-actively safeguard customer services, maintain Data Centre installation standards, and the upkeep of configuration management toolsets. This is a site-based role requiring attendance Monday to Friday. Must be willing and eligible to undergo clearance checks.
