Location: Bracknell (BRA01). Due to the nature of our support requirements, this is an office-based role. Providing operational support and development to our customer's newly created hosting platform & environments that will run 24/7 across two data centers and at remote offices throughout the UK. In addition to supporting the new hosting platform, support will continue to be required for the existing platforms which have similar technologies until such point that those are decommissioned.
You will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a high level of support across multiple BAU activities. You will perform system configuration changes, upgrades and liaise with third parties and other internal teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a vast array of project-based work, as you will be working closely with the project team. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your existing infrastructure career and skills across many technologies and disciplines. Additionally, you will provide technical direction and mentoring to the 2nd-line team.

Due to the role requirements, you will need to be eligible and willing to obtain a high level of security clearance.
Expected working hours: Our hours of support are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 to fulfil 37 hours per week. This could be on an early or late start, rotated as directed by service delivery/team lead. Out of Hours cover is required, providing on-call assistance 24x7 on a rotating basis, typically 1 week in 4. The ability to attend the office would be required during this period should the issue warrant it.
