Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Head of Market Strategy, who will be part of the Growth Leadership Team, reporting into our Director of Strategic Innovation. This role will be working alongside our Head of Strategic Partnering, Head of Capture and Bid Management, Head of Technical Advisory Services (Pre-Sales engineering) and Head of Offerings (R&D).
Your Role
This role is being created to own our market strategy for the business unit. Key interfaces include the Senior Leadership Team for overarching direction and corporate strategy, BD teams for sales, and R&D teams for product development. Initially, this role will be covering the UK team, with potential to grow into global support. It is a classic strategy role involving both desk-based research and deep relationship building with senior stakeholders to inform where we can position our products. There is an opportunity to grip marketing link and communications for the right person, as well as the chance to act as SRO opportunity lead.
