The Change Lead is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading a significant cultural shift within DNS. This role will be the driving force behind fostering a more positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned change agent with a deep understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management principles. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive culture transformation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and values. This role requires a persuasive communicator and a passionate advocate for creating a culture where all employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute their best. This leader will work closely with the Head of Demand and Supply Planning and all levels of the organization to drive meaningful and lasting change.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Culture Transformation Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive culture transformation strategy, including a clear vision, goals, and roadmap.
- Culture Transformation Strategy & Execution: Conduct thorough assessments of the current organizational culture to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Culture Transformation Strategy & Execution: Define key cultural values and behaviors that will drive the desired culture.
- Culture Transformation Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement initiatives to reinforce the desired culture, such as leadership development programs, communication campaigns, and employee recognition programs.
- Culture Transformation Strategy & Execution: Monitor and measure the progress of the culture transformation initiative, using data to track key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of the new culture.
- Change Management: Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
- Change Management: Identify and address resistance to change.
- Change Management: Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to the new culture.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
- Employee Engagement: Create opportunities for employees to connect with each other and build relationships.
