Job Description
This assignment has arisen to provide support to our infrastructure environments, and we require an individual to carry out the following activities:
- Working with the Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to troubleshoot issues that affect End Users.
- Working directly with client leads to resolve escalated incidents.
- Patching and maintenance of test and live environments, including installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL, and other product updates.
- Working with PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling.
- Providing support to Engineering and Test teams.
- Participating in a rota for On-Call to ensure 24/7/365 support.
The chosen candidate will ideally be experienced, with a proven track record in infrastructure support.

- Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere; Windows Server; Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, RDS; McAfee; RHEL;
- Applications (nice to have): SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD.
