3rd Line Core Engineer
Location: Basingstoke (Travel to customer site required)
Due to the nature of our support requirements this is an office-based role.
We are looking for a 3rd Line OS Core Engineer to join our team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role.
Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As an 3rd Line OS Core Engineer you will contribute to this by working with new technologies within a team that values the sharing of ideas to build a better service.

Expected working
Our support hours are from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 19:00, totaling 37 hours per week. This could be an early or late start, rotated as directed by technical lead or line manager.
This role will require you to become security cleared to a high level. National security vetting: clearance levels – GOV.UK
