Role: 3rd Line Cloud Support Engineer

Location: Basingstoke

Working Pattern: Shift Working (0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900)

We are seeking a 3rd Line Network Engineer to join our Service Operations team, supporting high-security projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, engaging daily with customers and stakeholders via the IT Service Management Toolset, and monitoring Event Management tooling for triage and escalation.

  • Utilizing IT Service Management Toolset for daily operations
  • Monitoring and triaging Event Management tooling
