Cyber Security Monitoring Operator Location: Bracknell Shift‑based role. Provide active cyber security monitoring of the network and management infrastructure.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor core infrastructure of a large network to detect potential cyber security breaches.
- Respond to security alarms, determine causes, and escalate accordingly.
- Assist Tier 1 Cyber Security Analyst and maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer services.
Required skills and experience:
- Interest in a career in cyber security.
- Attention to detail.
- Respect for process.
- Desire to learn.
- Some technical skills in an enterprise IT area (e.g., networking, servers).
- Willingness and eligibility to undergo security clearance.
- No security experience necessary, but proven technical skills in one or more enterprise disciplines are advantageous.
