We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Technician to be the face of Fujitsu working with end users on the HMRC account. Your role will primarily involve delivering face to face IT support to users at a Connect IT Bar within the HMRC Regional Centre in Edinburgh. You will be working alongside other IT technicians on site providing user support at a Connect IT Bar, support for Network devices, PCs, Laptops, Surface Pros, Telephony devices and other locally installed peripherals, and support for AV setup within meeting rooms and completion of regular checks to confirm meeting rooms are fully operational. You will also be responsible for the management and delivery of local moves and changes on site. Development of key relationships with end user HMRC staff in various business areas, support to relevant Fujitsu (and sometimes HMRC) third parties as well as feedback on perceived issues, to ensure new services are engaged successfully, negating problems before they arise.

- MS Office / Office 365
- Support for general PC/Laptop Hardware & HP Elitebook devices
- Flexibility β hours worked within contractual requirements to meet SLAs; ability to travel within a defined geography to cover home workers and assist at other sites if necessary
