Fujitsu is seeking a proactive User Support Technician to be the face of our HMRC Workplace Services team in Edinburgh City Centre.
You will deliver face-to-face IT support to HMRC staff, handling PCs, laptops, Surface devices, telephony, and AV in meeting rooms.
Working onsite with other technicians, you will manage local moves and changes, build relationships with HMRC users, and relay feedback to ensure new services are adopted smoothly and issues are preempted.
