Technical Operations Specialist

24x7/365 shift pattern working 12hr rotational shifts based in our strategic Data Centre in Grays. Primary responsibilities: Provide first line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational and that incidents are managed promptly within a defined process. Work closely with other Data Centre teams and business units to proactively safeguard customer services, maintain installation standards and upkeep of configuration management toolsets.
Your Experience
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively through online toolsets
- Knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure
- Experience within a process driven environment
- Have an eye for continuous improvement to help enhance Fujitsu's Data Centre offering
- Pro-active in your approach to work
