Location: Fareham, Hampshire. Office based role, on rota Monday to Friday. Example shift patterns: 0730‑1600 & 0930‑1800.

This role provides first‑line support to customers and partners, resolving IT issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will use the Support Works ticketing system to record incidents, escalations and resolutions, ensuring service disruption is minimised while meeting SLA and KPI targets. Collaboration with the team and effective communication with military customers and corporate partners are essential.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Resolve all IT related issues, provide solutions and fixes where possible.
  • Escalate to 2nd & 3rd line teams as appropriate.
  • Record failures and use the Support Works ticketing system to log all incidents and fixes.
  • Maintain service to the armed forces during training at various sites.
  • Ensure compliance with Fujitsu IS Policy documents and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with customers and corporate partners.
  • Engage in occasional projects beyond day‑to‑day support duties.

Your Experience:

  • Understanding of IT support and infrastructure, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Assign Service Desk Support calls as required.
  • Respond to and complete calls within the SLA timescales.
  • Produce and maintain records, procedures and documentation related to the IS Service.
  • Adhere to all Fujitsu IS Policy documents, including Change & Release, Configuration and Security.
  • Monitor IT systems and report alerts in accordance with policy.
  • Maintain the security of network services.
  • Operate within 0730‑1800 hours, covering 37 hours per week on a split shift.
