We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner to translate demand into right-first-time material and production plans in a cGMP environment. You’ll run MRP in SAP HANA, steward master data, convert and release process orders, and ensure materials are available on time to meet OTIF targets. You’ll be the planning voice in cross-functional and customer/programme forums, use data to drive decisions, and continuously improve how we plan and execute.
What you’ll do
- Run MRP and manage orders: Action exception messages, convert planned orders to process orders/POs, schedule and release per the master plan.
- Own planning master data: Create/maintain material masters, BOMs, and recipes in SAP HANA; ensure data integrity and change control; generate planning and inventory reports.
- Keep inventory healthy: Monitor stock, shelf life, and status; align safety stocks and lot sizing to policy; re-plan proactively to protect service and reduce write-offs.
- Track and report performance: Prepare OTIF, plan adherence, inventory turns, and exception-closure KPIs; deliver clear analyses in Excel/PowerPoint.
- Safeguard compliance: Ensure GDP, cGMP, and ALCOA+ standards across all planning records and transactions; support audits as needed.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain (planning, materials, or related).
- Hands-on experience with SAP, with solid understanding of how MRP works.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize independently.
- Clear communicator with resilience, tact, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
