Fujifilm UK is seeking an in-house Regional Counsel to lead legal services across FUJIFILM UK and FUJIFILM Healthcare UK. You will provide strategic and operational legal advice on commercial matters, corporate transactions, compliance and data protection, reporting to the Corporate team.
You will act as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary for UK entities, manage external advisers, and support cross-functional projects including M&A and restructurings.
