FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Downstream HPB Product Specialist to manage the lifecycle and commercial success of downstream HPB (including but not limited to ERCP) products within the UK Endoscopy market. This role involves strategic product management and clinical application responsibilities across Fujifilm’s broad HPB endoscopy portfolio.

Candidate Location: Northern England

What you'll do:

  • Act as an ambassador of Fujifilm Healthcare’s Endo-Solutions strategic vision
  • Achievement of Company sales, profit margins and product targets for their area.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for downstream HPB devices and consumables in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts to understand customer needs and ensure products meet market demands.
  • Development of KOL’s and clinical ambassadors
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge, marketing materials, and clinical trials at application level to drive commercial success.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches, updates, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field (a relevant master’s degree or MBA is advantageous), or proven experience (typically 3+ years) in product management within medical devices, preferably in hepatobiliary or endoscopy-related products.
  • Strong understanding of endoscopic procedures, products, and clinical environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK healthcare market, NHS procurement processes, and regulatory landscape (e.g., MHRA, UKCA).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends and customer requirements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management and product lifecycle management tools.
  • Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
