FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Modality Sales Manager. This role is to provide strategic and hands on commercial leadership for direct sales channel for Fujifilm Healthcare UK Ltd modalities portfolio. Working alongside our Head of Sales, the role is focused on fully understanding the value and benefits that Fujifilm’s modalities portfolio can bring to the market and then forming the most effective proposals and propositions to maximise success, ultimately delivering the agreed order and sales target.
Candidate Location: UK – Field Based Role with significant travel to customers and Fujifilm Office
What you\’ll do:
End to end commercial ownership of Modality Sales including:
- Support the development, and delivery of the overarching strategy
- Management of the Fujifilm Healthcare UK Modalities Sales team members
- Understanding customer and market needs
- Forming strong value-based propositions to maximise success, focusing on competitor analysis where applicable.
- Selection and targeting of the right customers and markets ultimately leading to delivery of agreed sales targets
- Lead Generation, opportunity management and conversion activity
- Data accuracy, reporting and forecasting from Salesforce.com
- Ownership of tenders
- Ownership of overall pricing & margin
What you\’ll need:
- Exceptional knowledge of the UK radiology marketplace.
- Ability to understand a customer’s needs, propose the right solution and analyse competition and customer drivers to close profitable deals
- Ability to oversee development of deals and represent those simply and effectively within customer proposals
- Ability to convert those proposals into configuration and pricing models
- NHS Supply Chain and Workflow knowledge
- Understanding of Radiology procurement in Private Health market
- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Full clean driving license
