FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the day-to-day management and delivery of our Supply Chain products to our customers by building a strong working relationship with our network of vendors and European Supply Chain.
Candidate Location: Bedford or Surrounding Areas
What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise, and performance manage staff to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve the best performance aligned with the company's needs.
- Create and maintain effective forecasting models to optimise inventory and demand planning, aligning with sales and production requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies related to supply chain management.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business demands, demonstrating strong project management skills to drive change and adapt quickly. Lead the operational projects that need to be delivered for Supply Chain.
- Drive continuous improvement in the customer experience by actively seeking opportunities to enhance service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve Business Support procedures, policies, and standards.
- Work with the European Supply Chain Management team(s) to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times for the UK business.
- Oversee inventory control processes, optimizing stock levels to reduce excess inventory and minimize waste while ensuring adequate supply for production demands.
- Implement systems and processes to manage and analyse inventory data, ensuring real-time visibility and accuracy of stock across all locations.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in managing and leading in a Supply Chain environment.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Experience of using PowerBI ideal.
- Ability to think creatively, innovate, and resolve problems, emphasizing long-term sustainable solutions over short-term fixes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and priorities efficiently, while constantly striving to improve existing processes and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other service/support groups.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
