FUJIFILM Healthcare UK is looking for an Enterprise Imaging Regional Account Manager to promote solution sales of the Fujifilm Enterprise Imaging Healthcare IT portfolio in a multiple Integrated Care System (ICS) region. The successful candidate will engage customers early, build trust & evangelise Fujifilm Healthcare IT brand “Synapse”, learn about the customer likes, dislikes, and needs and ensure Fujifilm is at the forefront of their mind when they come to market.

Candidate Location: Northern England

What you\’ll do:

  • Promote Enterprise Imaging sales across Radiology, Cardiology, Pathology, Surgery & Veterinary. Leverage award winning best In KLAS Synapse Vendor Neutral Archive, the enabler to our Enterprise Imaging strategy.
  • Assisting with the production of high-quality tender responses and customer facing documentation
  • Generating sales leads from new customers and existing accounts.
  • Provide continuity for the customer through the sales, delivery and on-going support processes, actively adapting Fujifilm solutions to on-going customer requirements where necessary.
  • Build a long-term strategic alliance with customers in allocated region to protect against competitive threats and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Generate records and maintain customer profiles, including up to date details of all key decision makers and influencers (based on Miller Heiman strategic selling)
  • Ensuring successful demonstration of solutions to customers including preparation, delivery and follow-up, utilising Product & Release Managers and their applications team.

What you\’ll need:

  • Clear understanding of NHS department workflow.
  • Healthcare IT experience
  • Exposure to procurement at ICS/ICS (Integrated Care Systems/Boards) level
  • Experience engaging at C-Suite level
  • Experience of Enterprise Imaging deals – multi o’ology deals (Radiology, Cardiology, Pathology, Oncology, Ultrasound IT)
  • Understanding of the Healthcare Market at a national level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen coupled with good negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, pro-active individual with strong selling skills. Driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Full clean driving license
