To provide our customers with clinical training and support on the latest Ultrasound technology. The role will assist our customers to maximise the benefit from the products and optimise their workflow.
Candidate Location: Bristol Area/M4 Corridor
What you'll do:
- Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with hospital departmental heads, including assessment methods.
- Design local training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs for both installation and follow-up visits.
- Administration and coordination of allocated customer training.
- Pre-sales demonstrations to customers and internal colleagues.
- Post sale product support to customers.
- Provide specialist knowledge and support to the marketing and sales teams.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation required for internal and external customers in relation to all products.
- Liaise with Product developers in Japan and European departments to ensure both personal product knowledge is fully maintained and to provide specific UK market feedback.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Ultrasound in a clinical setting, medical device or healthcare related company.
- Experience of delivering training to staff within the NHS or Private Health sector.
- Experienced and confident delivering presentations to both small and large groups.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Full clean driving license.
