Supporting with candidate attraction, focusing on key business priorities and hard to fill vacancies with direct sourcing.

Supporting with the initial screening of CVs and assessing them for suitability against role requirements.

Working collaboratively with wider colleagues to share best practice, delivering creative solutions for hard to fill roles

Working closely with the TA Adviser to set up and manage recruitment campaigns, building a clear understanding of what is working and not working.

Ensure every candidate has an efficient and effective recruitment experience.

Ensure recruitment documentation is completed in liaison with Line Managers and HR & OD Admin Team.

GCSE Maths & English Grace C or above, or equivalent – Essential
-
NVQ L3 in Business Administration or equivalent – Desirable

At least 12 months relevant experience working in an in-house recruitment environment or equivilent – Essential

Experience of working with Senior Managers & Stakeholders – Essential

Experience working in a fast paced enviroment – Essential

Experience using an ATS – Essential
