Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Supporting with candidate attraction, focusing on key business priorities and hard to fill vacancies with direct sourcing.

• Supporting with the initial screening of CVs and assessing them for suitability against role requirements.

• Working collaboratively with wider colleagues to share best practice, delivering creative solutions for hard to fill roles

• Working closely with the TA Adviser to set up and manage recruitment campaigns, building a clear understanding of what is working and not working.

• Ensure every candidate has an efficient and effective recruitment experience.

• Ensure recruitment documentation is completed in liaison with Line Managers and HR & OD Admin Team.

• GCSE Maths & English Grace C or above, or equivalent – Essential

• NVQ L3 in Business Administration or equivalent – Desirable

• At least 12 months relevant experience working in an in-house recruitment environment or equivilent – Essential

• Experience of working with Senior Managers & Stakeholders – Essential

• Experience working in a fast paced enviroment – Essential

• Experience using an ATS – Essential
