About Us: Help build the global planning engine behind a world-class organization. If you’re energized by turning data into decisions, shaping planning processes, and partnering with leaders around the world, this role is for you. As our Global FP&A Analyst, you will lead our global budgeting and forecasting cycles and be the hands-on owner of our Anaplan planning platform. You’ll design and refine planning models, drive governance and data integrity, and deliver clear insights that guide strategic decisions. You’ll work across regions and functions, consolidating results, modeling scenarios, and telling the story behind the numbers for senior leadership.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end global budgeting and forecasting, aligning teams and timelines across regions and functions.
- Own and administer Anaplan: model enhancements, data flows, user support, and governance.
- Build, test, and improve planning models and processes to increase speed, accuracy, and transparency.
- Perform analysis and scenario modeling that informs strategy, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Consolidate global financials and translate results into crisp management reporting and presentations.
- Partner with regional finance and business leaders to align assumptions and drive informed decisions.
- Train and support Anaplan users and promote best practices across the planning community.
- Safeguard data integrity and compliance across planning cycles.
- Support strategic initiatives and high-priority ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles (global/multi-regional exposure a plus).
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or another enterprise planning tool (Anaplan model-building experience is a plus).
- Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) beneficial.
- Solid grasp of financial statements and planning processes.
- Clear communication, stakeholder partnership, and storytelling skills.
- High attention to detail, comfort with large datasets, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
