This role is for an Apprentice to work in the Process Development Early Career Development/Cross Functional Team, learning how to deliver high-quality experimental work in the development, analytical assessment, and characterisation areas of biotherapeutics, whilst obtaining a degree as part of the apprenticeship.
Role & Responsibilities- Participate in on-the-job training to understand and perform a range of experimental techniques.
- Be responsible for implementing, with guidance and supervision, the experimental programmes needed to develop, evaluate, and characterise processes for target molecules.
- Accurately record the experiments performed and ensure full documentation compliant with PD quality procedures.
- Learn how to be part of a project team and develop how to interact with other departments as part of a multi-functional team.
- Work compliantly and in a safe manner according to quality and EHS policies.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 A levels (or equivalent) including Biology at grades C or above and a Grade C or above in GCSE English and Mathematics.
