SALARY RANGE: £26,000 - £28,000 gross annual salary

The Role

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the supply chain function. You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, monitoring supplier deliveries, maintaining accurate system data, managing stock-related transactions, and ensuring materials are available to support production schedules. Working closely with suppliers, planning, logistics, customer service, finance, and manufacturing teams, you will help ensure the smooth flow of materials and information across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day procurement administration activities including purchase orders, supplier follow-up, goods receipting, invoice matching, filing, and document archiving
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, other Fuji Seal sites, and finance teams to resolve supply-related issues
  • Review purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with approval processes
  • Create and maintain supplier records within D365 and support supplier performance and continuity initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels for consumables, packaging materials, stationery, uniforms, and other operational items
  • Coordinate customer sample requests with Planning, Print, and Conversion departments
  • Provide support to Production Planning activities, including job bag creation, raw material planning, and order fulfilment
  • Support logistics operations, including dispatch preparation, transport coordination, and delivery management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within D365 and investigate stock discrepancies
  • Collect waste data from vendors and prepare monthly reports to support environmental and HSE objectives
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Process parcel shipments through approved courier services while maintaining efficiency and cost control
  • Support and train users on D365-related supply chain processes when required
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance

You Are a Great Fit for This Role If You

  • Have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • Have previous experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain administration, logistics, or a similar role
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work
  • Are comfortable working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset
