Location: Any Fugro office in the UK or fully remote. Based in the UK with a hybrid working environment, you’ll support offshore, land, and business travel for colleagues working on impactful geodata and engineering projects worldwide.
Reporting to the UK Travel Supervisor, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that keeps our operations moving smoothly, wherever in the world they take place.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers for offshore, onshore, and business travel.
- Partner closely with employees, project managers, and project teams to ensure seamless travel planning aligned with project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Fugro travel policies, procedures, and cost considerations.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, providing timely updates and solutions to travel‑related queries or challenges.
- Proactively problem‑solve disruptions, ensuring minimal impact to project delivery.
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation in line with regulations and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a travel coordination role or within the travel industry (GDS knowledge or certification is beneficial).
- Strong understanding of travel regulations, documentation, and visa requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills, with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Customer‑focused approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
